“The new-generation city pass combines the right interactivity for visitors—a single card bundling transportation and attractions—and the right visibility for the Tourist Information Office: on the spot reporting, we know who our visitors are, what attractions they prefer, we can communicate after their visit and encourage them to come back.”

Tourist Information Office: Launch an NFC-enabled city pass.
With ADELYA City Pass, tourist offices and convention bureaus are launching a new-generation city pass that is paperless, personalized and great value.
What you get: Know who your visitors are, what attractions they prefer, and encourage them to come back.
ADELYA offers NFC-enabled, ready-to-use city passes:
Know your visitors. You choose: your city pass can either be an NFC card or a mobile smartphone app. The ADELYA city pass lets visitors access museums and attractions and benefit from discounts at local stores. It can easily bundle with an NFC transportation card.
Personalize the relationship: The city pass package offered by ADELYA consists of a web-based back-office platform to manage city passes and visitors, a city pass mobile application, an NFC reader and cellphones. Each season, the Tourist Information Office uses the back-office platform to define attractions and services included in the city pass (transportation, museums, attractions, deals and discounts, etc.).
Reduce costs: There’s no need to do things by hand any more, as the city pass is managed online in real time through a software platform. So it’s easy to add, change or personalize attractions and services on the spot.
